South Dakota just gave Hillary Clinton the news she’s been waiting to hear

At night two of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Pa., Hillary Clinton officially got the Democratic nomination.

Needing 2,382 votes to win the Democratic nomination, South Dakota allowed Clinton to get the number of votes needed to clinch the nomination.
